★ BUILT BY TEXAS SUBCONTRACTORS, FOR TEXAS SUBCONTRACTORS
One system that does everything a Texas sub needs.
Get paid. Beat bad contracts. Track your crews and trucks in real time. Reach a real lawyer. Get OSHA-certified. All in one alliance — built by subs with 30+ years in the field.
Built by subcontractors who’ve been burned — so you don’t have to be.
Sub Texas Alliance wasn’t dreamed up in a boardroom. It was built by people with 30+ years swinging hammers, pulling wire, and chasing checks across Texas job sites. We’ve been stiffed by GCs. We’ve signed contracts we shouldn’t have. We’ve watched good crews go under waiting on money they earned.
So we built the system we always wished existed — an all-in-one platform that puts getting paid, fair contracts, real legal backup, safety training, and crew & vehicle tracking in your pocket. No fluff. No corporate nonsense. Just tools that work on a job site, from a phone.
This is the alliance that has your back. Welcome to the crew.
30YEARS
of real Texas field experience behind every tool, template, and partner in the system.

Demo visualization. In Texas, businesses may GPS-track company-owned vehicles during work hours; track only company assets, give employees written notice, and limit use to legitimate business purposes. The Yard ships with a model GPS/asset-use policy and consent form. (General information, not legal advice.)
⚠ Automatic alerts: The Yard texts you the moment a driver speeds or breaks a Texas driving law — so you catch it before it costs you.
